This is a Lionel 60 Vintage O Lionelville Motorized Rapid Transit Trolley from 1955-58. This trolly car features bumpers on each end that cause it to change directions whenever it runs into anything, like a bumper. It features interior illumination, a reverse unit, operating function, silhouetted window strips, and metal wheels and axles. Something to note is that when the direction of the trolley changes, the trolley pole on top also spins around to the proper trailing position. It was a real postwar favorite, and Lionel has remade it in several varieties over the years..

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This trolley ran intermittently when tested. This trolley shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This trolley shows rust on the chassis and trucks. The roof on this trolley is loose. The silhouette windows are missing. There is a corner piece of the shell that is broken. The trolley pole is also missing. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
