This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted and shows a few light visible brush strokes and imperfections on their surfaces. Additionally, there are some signs of paint chips visible in the gold colored paint. The blue paint also has some harder to see, but present small chips. The wheels show average run-time. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
