This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This locomotive ran well when using test leads, but often loses power when operating on a track. This item displays very light scratches across the body and underframe. The handrail piece is missing from the front of the locomotive. The wheels show average run-time. A box is included, however it is not original. The instruction manual is not included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
