This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. There are batteries included, but they have become corroded and the unit could not be tested. The patina is slightly loose as it fits on the car, particularly at the roof. This car shows scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The diaphragm on one side of the car is missing. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
