This is a Pola 924 G Hotel Canyon City building kit. The Canyon City hotel is a recreation of a typical Wild West establishment. Never located far from the train station, the hotel served many purposes and was the center of activity for townspeople as well as travelers. This model has wonderful colored clapboard siding and a shingled roof. The doors and windows open and close and this model includes an outside staircase which gives access to the rooms on the upper floor. Assembled dimensions are: 8" wide, 13" tall, and 17.5" deep

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light scuffs, scratches and glue residue present on this building from when it was previously assembled. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
