Here is a Menards 279-1960 O Gauge Camaraderie Bar & Grill. This features painted plastic and wooden construction, realistic details, lighting, and Jack the German Sheppard! This measures 11" x 6" x 6".
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This unit is #2932/3000. Multiple pieces have broken off in this item: the dumpster, trashcans, electrical box, overhang above the door, and staircase are loose in the box and not attached to this unit. Could be reattached with some glue. The interior window curtains do not line up with some of the windows, the glue appears to have worn off causing them to release from the wall. Could be fixed through the opening in the bottom of the unit. There is also some wood peeling visible on the roof trim of this item as well as scratches on the roof. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
