This set features a 0-4-0 Steam locomotive, a Tender, an AA Gun Flat Car, [2] Spotlight Cars, and an Observation Car. The set also includes [8] curved track pieces, [8] straight track pieces, and a 13V Marx Transformer refurbished by UL with a lock-on. The items in this set are of tinplate construction and feature metal wheels and axels and hook couplers. Both the locomotive, search car, and observation car feature illuminating elements. The locomotive and some of the cars have been professional restored.

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. While most of the items have been professionally restored, some of the cars have only been repainted and some of their original parts have spots or rusting/oxidation present. Some of the replaced parts and repainted sections have a noticeably different shade of green. Many of the cars have noticeable sections of damage and disfigurement present in multiple locations.
