The powered locomotive features tinplate construction, motor, stamped metal trucks, metal wheels and axles. The non-powered unit and rolling stock features stamped metal trucks, wedge couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This item functioned when tested however there was some sparks and stuttering. There are severe scratches, scuffs, and spots of rusting across the surface of this item. There is discoloration and paint loss across the surface of this item.
