This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The surfaces of all items included show light nicks and scratches. A few small spots of paint chips are also visible on their surfaces. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. When tested, the locomotives wheels are extremely locked up and will need to be cleaned to be functional. This set is being sold AS-IS. The original box is included.
