Here is a Lionel 8E Olive 0-4-0 Standard Gauge Powered Electric Locomotive from 1926-32. Features include tinplate construction, a motor, reverse unit, operating lights, tinplate metal trucks, metal combination couplers, and metal wheels. Please see my pictures for additional features.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This is a Pre-War shell that has been installed on a reproduction chassis that does not match the exact specifications of the original Pre-War chassis. Two additional sets of wheels and platforms have been added on each side. Various trim pieces appear to be later era replacements or reproduction outright. One of the cow catchers is broken off, but included. Additionally, paint throughout the surface of this item shows wear, chipping, and some pitting in the die-cast. This item is being sold AS-IS.
