Here is a Lionel 6830 Vintage O Flatcar w/ Non Operating Submarine, from 1960. It has plastic trucks and operating couplers. The submarine is just like the 3830 Operating Submarine, but it doesn't have some if the internal parts that the operating sub has like the rubber band and the drive gears. The nose on this sub is also glued on at the factory so you can't turn it to wind up the rubber band.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This car shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the flatcar, submarine and undercarriage. There is also some rust on the wheels, axels and propeller of the submarine. The submarine is missing its periscope and radar pieces on the top of it. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
