This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The base has been switched out from its original USMC green one to a Lionel black one. There are many nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell, flatcar and chassis. There are some spots of rust on the wheels, axels and flatcar. The figurine, stretchers and oxygen tanks are missing. The coupler is discolored on the tip. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
