This is a Lionel 6437 Vintage O Pennsylvania N5C Porthole Illuminated Caboose from 1961-68. The 6437 Pennsylvania N5C caboose was Lionel‘s primary N5C caboose for the entire 1960‘s. It‘s inclusion in many sets as well as being available for separate sale has made this a common item. Collector interest is minimal and nice quality examples can still be located. This caboose features interior illumination, plastic trucks and operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This caboose has been tested and the illumination worked intermittently. This caboose is missing one of it's knuckle couplers. This caboose is being sold as is. This caboose shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This caboose shows rust on the chassis, trucks, and the coupler. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
