This is a Lionel 6-19824 O Gauge U.S. Army Operating Target Launcher from 1996. When activated it blows a stream of air vertically which will cause a balloon to “float“ above the car where you can shoot at it with your missile launching cars. This target launching car features an operating fan, a track powered on/off switch, die-cast metal sprung trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use. The original paint is in great shape, and the rest of the unit displays a like-new overall finish. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
