This is a Lionel 6-18411 O Gauge Canadian Pacific Fire Fighter Car from 1990. As it moves down the track the light blinks. It changes direction when it strikes another object on the track (like a bumper) and when it changes direction the fireman and his chair rotate 180 degrees.
