This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. One of the windows of the cafe car has popped off the car. Some of the windows on the cafe car appear to have been glued back on. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
