This is a Lionel 6-12983 O Gauge Culvert Unloader - Conventional Version. This is a reissue of the classic Lionel 345 Culvert Unloader from 1957. When activated, the conveyor moves over and picks up culverts off of the gondola (sold separately). It has a ramp for connecting to the 12982 culvert loader to provide continuous operation. This is the conventional, non-command control version.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The unloader has a layer of dust. The unloader also has some visual stains. The drums are all there packaged. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included. Overall condition is Excellent.
