This is a Lionel 3545 Vintage O Operating TV Monitor Car from 1961-62. As the car rolls down the track the camera on the front of the car rotates and the monitor screen in front of the seated figure in the center of the car lights up. The light array on the back of the car is non-operational and just for decoration. This monitor car features plastic trucks, knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The wheels show average run-time. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There is rust on the metal trim. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. This is missing the additional accessories.
