This is a Lionel 262 Prewar 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive and Tender from 1931-32. The locomotive features a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, a smoke stack, a decorative bell, metal side rods, metal wheels and exquisite detail. The tender features metal construction, a latch type coupler, tinplate trucks with journals, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. The locomotive is non-functional and being sold As-Is. The locomotive's cow-catcher is broken off. The locomotive's boiler front piece is loose. The tender shows small circle spots all over the shell. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The locomotive and tender show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
