It features an aluminum body, an illuminated interior with passenger silhouetted windows, die-cast trucks with operating metal couplers. It measures approximately 15" inches long. This car was part of the Congressional Limited set and matches the 2542 Dome, 2543 Pullman, and 2544 Pullman.
