Here is a Lionel 219 Vintage Standard Gauge Operating Crane Car from 1926-40. The largest freight car ever made by Lionel, the 219 is a classic example of the finest of Lionel's Standard Gauge Era. Features include a boom that raises and lowers, tinplate construction, tinplate trucks with journals, link couplers, metal wheels and axles.

The paint is very brittle, and is falling off along many of the edges. Rust is present on the wheels, axles, and other unpainted metal components. The hook is detached from the boom.
