This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of the each item. There are trim pieces that are bent or broken on some of the items. The track sections show scratches and spots of black flecks on the rails. There are some paint splatters on the wire and surface of the controller. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is included.
