This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This locomotive runs poorly due to wobbly drivers and gear issues. The engine is being sold As-Is. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
