This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive did not run when tested and is being sold As-Is. One of the couplers has a piece broken off. One of the sun blockers from the side cab is broken off. Both side rails are heavily bent with several sections detached. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is included.
