This is an AHM 5111 Ready to Run Southern Pacific 4-8-8-2 Cab Forward Steam Locomotive and Tender. The first cab forward style was used in 1912, but it was a different styled articulated than our model, but having proved successful, it paved the way for the later styles. Features include plastic construction, plastic trucks, one horn-hook & one knuckle couplers, metal wheels and a motor.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show average run-time.
